Perancangan Perangkat Lunak Penentuan Uang Pertanggungan Asuransi Jiwa Nasabah Dengan Fuzzy Tsukamoto

Abstract


Currently the insurance industry is highly developed in Indonesia. By the Life Insurance Association of Indonesia (AAJI) noted there were 50 insurance companies in Indonesia. Therefore, it will have a lot of insurance sales force spread throughout Indonesia so that there are some marketers who erred in determining the sum insured in accordance with the customers. The purpose of this study was to develop a software that can help in determining the life insurance money the customer with the Tsukamoto fuzzy method of determining the criteria through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In this thesis-making system development method used is prototype, method of data collection using interviews, questionnaires and case study, and system modeling tool used is a flowchart and Unified Modeling Language (UML), the test method is blackbox testing system. Software support used is Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, the local XAMPP web server, Navicat Premium 11:04, and use VB.NET programming language and MySQL database. This software will only be accessible via the desktop. The software is built it will provide convenience for the prospective customers or clients in knowing the insurance money that suited him so that errors in the determination of the sum insured can be minimized and determine the range of premiums paid to get the insurance money.
