Perancangan Perangkat Lunak Sistem Pakar Diagnosa Kerusakan Mesin Motor Roda Tiga Menggunakan Metode Forward Chaining
Abstract
Expert system is a computer program that acts as a consultant expert to the field. The purpose of this research generates an application expert system which is in use to simplify user motor tricycle in diagnosing vehicle belongs on its own, especially create the new technicians learn engine motor tricycle. Planning system in making knowledge base wear rules if-then as a representation of knowledge. Manufacture method of forward chaining inference method of wear have been modified so that it corresponds to the problem. The implementation of this programme of expert system using Visual Basic .NET programming language. The author uses the method of design of RAD (Rapid Application Development) consisting of 5 stages, namely Business Modeling, Data Modeling, Process Modeling, Application Testing, and Generating And Turn Over. Modeling systems that use author among others of UML use Case Activity, Sequence, as well as the Class Diagram and Flowchart. This application generates the kinds of damage that occurs in a three-wheel motorcycle engine and handling solutions from such damage. The application of expert system diagnosis of damage to the machine motor tricycle can assist users in knowing the symptoms being experienced on the motor itself, in order to prevent or reduce the risk of damage to the motor.
