Perancangan Sistem Lelang Jabatan Eselon Berbasis Web Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Pemerintah Kabupaten Melawi

Abstract

The author conducts research on the Human Resources and Human Resource Development Agency of the Melawi Regency Government to discuss the auction system for web-based echelon positions. Where the appointment of echelon positions used is still using conventional methods. The purpose of this research is to build an online job auction web system and to know the implementation of auction positions in the principles of good governance. In making this thesis, the system development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), data collection methods using survey methods, and the system modeling tool used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), the system testing method is balckbox testing. Supporting software used is the local XAMPP web server, and uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This echelon position auction can later be accessed through a web browser, either on a computer or smartphone. Auction system for web-based echelon positions that are built will provide facilities for the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency to provide accurate, transparent, easily understood and contribute literature information in the technology field.
