The rapid development of information technology has provided new insights in all fields of human activities that will change their habits in carrying out their activities. One of the most well-known information technologies in the community is the internet. PT. Citra Mulia Eka Cemerlang Tour and Travel is one of the companies engaged in transportation that serves travel ticket sales. The company is pressured to always be ready to meet the needs regarding departure schedule information, ticket reservations, and travel ticket purchases. The form of research used is in the form of case studies that are used by collecting data or facts. A web-based ticket booking system designed to make it easier for operators to monitor departure schedules with the number of available seats that are still empty. This ticket booking system is web-based, which is designed to manage the making of schedules, by using the database as a storage medium, so that errors in travel departure schedules can be minimized.
