Perancangan Perangkat Lunak Tes Online Kenaikan Jabatan Di PLN Wilayah Kalimantan Barat

Abstract

Test is an activity to measure a person's ability and to know how far someone's knowledge is. The author wants to create a system that can handle the problem of correction by the team with the help of a computer system. From this system can provide information about the test scores of participants directly without having to wait for the correction time which takes a long time.This software uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method. This software is made using the PHP programming language and MySql database. The form of research used is Research and Development (R & D). Collecting techniques with interviews with parties related to making an online test at PLN in West Kalimantan Region, as well as direct case observations or through the internet and electronic media. Analysis tools used; Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. Testing techniques using blackbox. The results of this study can help improve team performance in conducting the correction process quickly, accurately and accurately, and facilitate participants in conducting tests.Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that this web-based online test software can help participants in working on a test. The team at the company is also helped in the case of correction because it is done by the system so as to avoid errors due to inaccurate factors. This software can be developed in the future to be more mobile friendly, and plus a login verification feature using email for its security.
