Perancangan Perangkat Lunak Pengenalan Gerakan Shalat Berbasis Augmented Reality

Abstract


Overcoming the lack of media to learn praying movement for children, we need a new formulation of the props. One of them is by utilizing the newest technology which is more tangible in three-dimensional image and to facilitate the early learning process to introduce the praying movement by using Augmented Reality. This application uses Vuforia SDK in the manufacture of the marker, using Blender 3D for modeling 3D objects, 3D Unity in designing Augmented Reality applications, as well as the Android SDK to build applications to Android. Software design method used is a method of designing extreme programming, modeling used is UML (Unified Modeling Language) and techniques used for software design is use case diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The results of this study displays the 3D object motion containing praying movement descriptions. In addition, based on the testing of the detection of the marker by using the camera resolution of 8 (eight) MP obtained the nearest distance marker detected is 5 cm and the marker can be detected with the farthest distance is 20 cm, whereas detectable degree angle is between 30o to 150o.
